Aligned from Within
Amy Gray, clinical trichologist in Fort Collins.
She has worked in hair since 1995 and in Northern Colorado since 1999 — and she is also a nutrition coach, a personal trainer and a Pilates instructor, which is why the internal half of hair loss never gets handed off to somebody else.
“I don’t want to simply sell treatments or products. I want to help people understand what may be contributing to their hair loss, give them the tools to improve the things they can control, and provide advanced restoration options when they’re needed.”
That is why nothing is recommended at Core & Crown Collective until something has been measured. The evaluation is the appointment; everything else follows from what it finds.
Hair loss is often an outward expression of what is happening internally — and the people best placed to look at that are usually three different practitioners who never speak to each other. Here it is one.

A trichologist is not a dermatologist
A trichologist is a trained specialist in hair and scalp — assessing, imaging and treating non-medically. A dermatologist is a physician who can diagnose disease and prescribe. The two are not in competition, and if what is found needs a doctor, you will be told to see one and told why.
How she works
In hair since 1995, in Northern Colorado since 1999, and a deliberate decision to stop doing everything and do one thing properly.
Nothing is recommended until something is measured
The evaluation comes first, every time. Density, miniaturization, inflammation and scalp condition get measured and written down before any product, system or protocol is discussed. The findings are yours to keep either way.
The scalp is half the picture
Amy is a trichologist, a certified nutrition coach, a personal trainer and a Pilates instructor, which means the internal half of hair loss never gets handed off to somebody else. Nutrition, stress load, sleep and movement are part of the same conversation as the scalp.
She is not a physician, and says so
Assessment here is non-medical. Where findings point at something that needs a doctor, you are told to see one and told why — a referral, not a diagnosis.
Fort Collins, and beyond it
The studio serves Fort Collins, Loveland, Windsor, Greeley, Timnath and Wellington, with clients traveling from Cheyenne and farther. The whole-body work is delivered virtually for people nowhere near Colorado.
Meet her at the evaluation
Sixty minutes, in studio, with the findings written down. It is the appointment everything else at Core & Crown follows from.
