What this website collects, who else can see it, and how to ask us to delete it.

Core & Crown Collective is a hair loss and scalp studio at 300 Boardwalk Drive #1B, Fort Collins, CO 80525. This policy covers this website only. Anything you tell Amy in an appointment is handled as part of your client record, not by this site.

What this site collects

The pages themselves collect nothing. There is no analytics tracking, no advertising tracking and no marketing pixel on this website. Two tools that you can choose to use do collect information, and both are run by other companies.

Online booking — MindbodyThe booking calendar on the scalp evaluation page is a Mindbody Branded Web widget, loaded from brandedweb.mindbodyonline.com. If you book through it, the name, email address, phone number and payment details you enter go to Mindbody, which is the system Core & Crown uses to run appointments and take payment. Mindbody’s own privacy policy governs what it does with that.
Chat — Bowtie, via MindbodyThe chat button is a Bowtie widget, loaded from s3.amazonaws.com. If you open it and type, your message and the contact details you give reach Core & Crown through Bowtie’s system. Opening a page loads the widget; it does not read anything about you until you use it.
Fonts — GoogleTypefaces are served from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Loading them tells Google your IP address and browser, the same as visiting any page that uses them. Nothing else is sent.
Map — Google MapsThe contact page embeds a Google map of the studio, loaded from google.com. It loads when you open that page, which tells Google your IP address and browser, and Google may set its own cookies in that frame. No other page on this site loads it.
Hosting — NetlifyThis site is hosted by Netlify, which keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

If you call or email instead of using either widget, nothing goes through this website at all.

What it is used for

Booking and replyingContact details you give are used to schedule your appointment and to answer what you asked. That is the whole purpose.

Not sold, not rentedCore & Crown does not sell, rent or trade personal information, and does not share it with advertisers.

No tracking across sitesThere is no advertising pixel and no cross-site tracking on this website, so there is nothing here following you elsewhere.

Kept while it is usefulBooking and inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to run the business and meet record-keeping obligations, then deleted.

Your choices

Colorado residents have rights over personal data under the Colorado Privacy Act, and Core & Crown will honor a request whether or not the law requires it.

Ask what is held about you

Email amy@coreandcrownco.com and ask. You will get an answer rather than a form.

Ask for it to be corrected or deleted

Same address. Booking records held inside Mindbody can be deleted on request, subject to anything that has to be kept for tax or business records.

Stop hearing from us

Reply to any message and say so, or call the studio. There is no marketing list attached to this website.

Children

This website is not directed at children, and nothing on it is designed to collect information from them. Clients under eighteen are booked by a parent or guardian.

Health information

Core & Crown Collective is a non-medical practice. Assessment here is trichological, not medical, and nothing on this site is a diagnosis. What you discuss in an appointment forms part of your client record and is kept confidential; it is not published, shared with third parties for marketing, or used in any material without your written permission.

Before and after photographs

Client photographs appear on this website only where that client has given permission for them to be used. Permission can be withdrawn at any time by emailing the studio, and the images will be taken down.
